So lets see here are 11 fun facts about me!

1- I was born in the same hospital as my dad, at 4:44 in the afternoon, yes 4 is my favorite number.

2- When I was 5 I asked my dad how old you had to be to drive, upon finding out the legal driving age I told my father I would be driving a red sports car when I got my license-yes I was 5!  I am still waiting for that red sports car... 

3- I think shopping is sometimes the best cure for a bad day!

4- I originally went to Butler for dance and ended up switching my degree to International Studies!  

5- I can come off as a bit of a girly girl but I actually love being outdoors.  I grew up going to the lake with my family.  Hiking, water skiing (wake boarding) and swimming in the lake I love it all!  Still trying to get used to the idea of camping though, I am more of a rustic cabin girl!

6- I plan my outfits for the week on Sunday night.  It is way to hard to coordinate an outfit at 5 in the morning for work!  A girl has to look cute!

7- I love Audrey Hepburn, she is my style icon.  I secretly wish I could go back in time and meet her!

8- I wish I had more hours in the day, 24 hours is just not enough time for me to get everything done!

9- I would rather wear a dress or skirt then pants.  I seriously have the hardest time finding pants that fit me!

10- My closet is organized by color, article of clothing and whether it is 9-5 work cloths or comfy everyday cloths.  Typing this reminds me that I need to go re-organize it is a bit untidy at the moment!

11-When my sister and I were little people used to think we were twins, now everyone thinks she is older then me!  I can't help I am so short!

1-If you could have one exotic animal what would it be, and why?

A zebra!  I love their stripes! 

But I still love my otters and seals!

2.) What would be the one power you would choose to have if you were a superhero?

I wish I could read peoples minds, but also have the ability to turn that power off.  

3-What Kind of car do you drive?

2005 Jeep Liberty 

4-What is one food you could go the rest of your life without ever eating again?

Oh thats easy Steak!

5-What was your favorite subject in high school?

I loved science, and english 

6-Name what item you can't leave the house without.

7-If you could have one expensive item in the world, what would you choose to have?
Right now I really really want an Ipad, but I have been lusting over this Marc by Marc Jacobs Purse

8-What is one of your fears?

Hmm, looking back on my life and realizing that I didn't live it to the fullest.

9-If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I wish that I was more confident in myself

10-What is a special talent of yours?

Well it used to be dance, I guess now cooking?

11-Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging as a creative outlet.  I wanted a space I could share my cooking and a space where I could express myself!  Now I blog because I love it, I love the interaction with other bloggers and love getting to share small snippets of my life with you all!

1- Where's your favorite place to shop?

Banana Republic, JCrew, Nordstroms, Anne Taylor, Anthropologie, and there are many more I am sure!

2-What is your dream car?

A black Range Rover

3-What is your favorite perfume?

Marc Jacobs, and Burberry Brit

4-What is your favorite Movie?

Breakfast at Tiffany's

5-What is your worst habits?

Not screwing the lids completely on jars!  Never pick anything up by the lid in my house!

6-Where is your favorite place to vacation? 

Somewhere near water, where there is a lot of great local things to do!  I love Lake Michigan and Lake Superior!

7-What are your dreams and goals?

I want to eventually go back to school for nutrition and become a registered dietitian

8-Do you like sports?

I love watching hockey.  I like sports for the social aspect (love any excuse to entertain)!

9-Have you met any of your blog friends in real life?

Well my friend Ash of Places to Go Things to Buy, and Amanda of Life in Every Word were my sorority sisters, and roommates!  They are some of my besties!

10-What is your favorite restaurant?

In my hometown it would be the Redwood Room!  Great local restaurant with the coziest decor!  I love local dives (Mark and I will go to little dives over chain restaurants)!

11-What is your favorite season?

Fall!  Not just because my birthday is in September.  I love fall for all the colors and wonderful smells!  And PUMPKIN!
